We’re halfway through the week and there’s no stopping us now! There’s a really good energy out here at Tampa Bay Startup Week and hump-day is about where it threatens to taper off, but you know better. You know there’s a lot of exciting events still happening! And starting today, they’re happening at Armature Works in beautiful Tampa Heights. Here’s a peek at what’s going on:
At 8:30, Donteacia Seymore of the Product Yard is going to teach you how to prototype a product.
At 10:00, a panel of professional public relations professionals are going to teach you about crisis management in “Crisis Handled” (or, if you’re a Harry Potter fan, “Mischief Managed”).
At 11:00, hear a panel of some of Tampa’s best and brightest women in tech talk about how women have been transforming the technology industry.
At 1:00, overcome your Analysis Paralysis using improv with Steven Fage in “Over Thought, Under Sold.”
At 2:30, learn how to humanize the sales process with Leon McIntosh of Swyft Interactive.
At 4:00, learn about Conscious Capitalism from Alexander McCobin.
At 5:00, hear Charles Clark speak about how to give your mindset a makeover and eliminate your excuses.
And, finally, at 6:30, join the many entrepreneurs who have started a business that has failed and hear them eulogize that business and find closure at the Startup Funeral. As they say, funerals are not for the dead, they’re for the living. There’s a lot you can learn from those businesses that have passed on before us.
There’s so much more to do this Wednesday that I haven’t covered, so check out the full schedule below and click to register for your favs!
