It’s the second to last day of Tampa Bay Startup Week. We’ve learned so much and met so many people. Those who didn’t have ideas about their own business have been inspired to start up, those who already got their ball rolling have gained valuable knowledge. We’ve got two more days to go. What else could we possibly squeeze into them? Well, let’s start with this:
At 8:30 sit down with a panel of experts who will teach you how to raise venture capital.
At 10:00, Alexander Abell, founder of Lunchpool, will tell you why YOU GOT THIS and how to deal with Imposter Syndrome.
At 11:00 learn from a panel of experts why an entrepreneurial support system like a coworking space is important to the growth of your business in the “It Takes a Village” talk.
At 1:00, just after lunch, sit down with Tampa’s most beloved food critic in the “5 Food Senses” event where Laura Reiley will take part in a blind taste test and tell you what it takes to make it in the Tampa restaurant industry.
At 2:30, chat with local influencers and learn how work with them to grow your own brand.
At 5:00 hear the inspiring story of Nick Santonastasso who overcame a debilitating birth defect to become a wrestler, YouTube star, and motivational speaker. Truly a story of having #NoExcuses!
Have you heard of Tony DiBenedetto? At 6:30, you can hear about his story of starting Tribridge in Tampa Bay and making a $150 million exit! Sounds great right? He’ll tell you about all the bumps and struggles he had along the way.
Finally, at 7:30, a panel of startup founders will get together and dish on all the high points and low points of entrepreneurialism and why it’s all worth it in “The REAL Journey.”
